2020: Year of Mindfulness

Hey BetterFitFam !!

I hope everyone is feeling great.

Over the last two years, I have been creating a focus each year, just basically to avoid having New Years Resolutions and essentially bringing awareness on something. Positivity, Saying Yes to Myself, etc. In the last few months of 2019, it seemed relatively obvious to me that I am not very good at prioritizing. I like so many things. I have so many interests and passions and it can be exhausting to keep up with, especially if I make commitments in all the different realms.

So I made a commitment to myself: I decided that this is the year for mindfulness.

Because I want to take this seriously, I designed a monthly challenge to keep the focus fresh but have some guidance. Here is my outline below:

January - No Alcohol

February - Finding Food

March - Meditation

April - Self Love

May - Journal

June - Explore

July - Expression of Gratitude

August - Movement

September - Tribe Celebration

October- Balance

November - Community

December - Forward Thinking and Preparation

It actually makes me excited for the year!! What are you excited for this year? And this decade!?
